Whenthe Porsche Carrera GT first appeared in 2004, it was one of the most lusted after supercars and an ultimateperformance beast. Aboutten years later, its so-called next-generation appeared in the form of the 918Spyder. Replacing the 612 horsepower V10 with a 608 hp V8 in addition to two electricmotors making 279 horsepower, it shaved a full second off the Carrera GT'sacceleration time from 0-60 and added endless modern technology features tomake it an unbelievable racing animal.
