Following its Detroit unveiling, here's a closer look at the development and track testing of the wild C7.R by Pratt & Miller.
After covering the Detroit Motor Show release of the 2014 Corvette C7.R, we now get a closer view at the creation, research and development leading up to its production. In this wild video released by Chevy’s racing team, Pratt & Miller, we’re given an inside look of what it takes to produce this phenomenal model. Chevy says the C7, which adds rear quarter panel air cooling openings and is powered by a 5.5-liter V8, is "directly related" to the production 2015 Corvette Z06.
Like one of the test drivers in the clip says, "The car feels like an absolute beast". We have to add, it looks and sounds like one too.
