A Texas dealer specializing in premium vehicles in Texas has pulled off an exquisitely head-scratching pairing between the British luxury brand, Bentley, and the iconic American hat brand, Stetson. According to Bentley Dallas, the dealership is "combining their powerful legacies to create a timeless vehicle for discerning clients."

The first special edition arrives next week priced at $246,578 with a white sand exterior and camel hide interior details. The special Bentley Bentayga will be available in three different colors that pair with one of Stetson's iconic designs. Clients can customize other aspects of their Bentayga Stetson Special Edition vehicle through Bentley but, disappointingly, there's no mention of a 10-gallon tank.

The interior features diamond-quilted designs for the seats, door panels, and floor mats as well as "boot stitching" as design cues from cowboy boots and saddles. The Stetson logo in each front headrest is embroidered using saddle stitching. The special edition interior materials are made up of camel main hide, saddle secondary hide, and burnt oak accents, as well as the gorgeous looking open pore liquid amber veneer that's made using American Red Gum trees grown in the United States.

The White Sand interior pairs with the light and iconic Silverbelly hat color, Dark Cashmere matches up with the Stetson Boss of the Plains hat, while Onyx embodies the black Stetson 100X El Presidente hat.

Other touches include a duotone steering wheel featuring a burnt oak center, a saddle-leather outer, as well as the words "Mulliner Stetson" carved into the tread plate inserts and Stetson badges on the rear side panels.

"Stetson is thrilled to be partnering with Bentley Dallas on the Bentayga Stetson Special Edition. For over 150 years, the Stetson name has stood for quality, authenticity, craftsmanship and a refusal to compromise on details," says Xiao Li Tan, President of Stetson Worldwide. "The collaboration between Stetson and Bentley combines two legendary heritage names to deliver an unparalleled experience for Western enthusiasts."

We're still scratching our heads at this one though, despite how good that interior looks.
