The Bentley Continental GT is inspired by an era of Bentleys from the 1950s and early 60s. The base model comes with a 6.0 liter twin-turbo W-12 with 552 horsepower and a six-speed automatic transmission. It can go from zero to 60 in 4.6 seconds. Remember, this is only the "base" trim. It is available in both a coupe and convertible with all-wheel drive. The Continental GT is meant to be the so-called bread and butter car of the Bentley lineup.
It's modern looking enough to attract younger buyers while still maintaining the unique and somewhat conservative Bentley style. While it does compete directly with the Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe, each brand appeals to a loyal group of buyers. With a $185,000 base price, however, that group of buyers is small but wealthy enough to buy their dream car.
