Bentley Releases Collectable Edition of New James Bond Book

Special Edition

The James Bond novels have as much of a following as the film franchise, and the newest James Bond book will have an exclusive special edition created by Bentley Motors. The automaker will make the special edition available in a strictly limited number of 500 copies of the new book titled Carte Blanche. The Bentley edition will see the book encompassed in a polished aluminum case in the Continental GT's shape.

The book itself will be wrapped in the same white Nappa leather with red seams that's found inside the GT. The author's name, title of the book and the wings of the Bentley logo are embossed into the front and foil-blocked onto the spine. The icing on top is a die-cut bullet hole that pierces the pages of the book and a single polished 9mm bullet found within the pages, individually marked with a number distinct to each of the 500 copies. The price for this collector's edition James Bond novel is £1,000 ($1,650).
