Back in November, three new special edition Grand Sports were revealed at the Dubai International Motor Show to "honor the very important Middle East market." One was this yellow and black carbon model that was introduced ahead of its unveiling at the 2012 Qatar Motor Show, which runs from 25 to 28 January. Ettore Bugatti's favorite colors were black and yellow, and with this one-off Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport, Bugatti are paying homage to its founder.

The open-top supercar boasts a horizontally-split yellow body, an underside in visible black carbon and black-tinted wheels. The bumblebee coloration continues inside with seats and upper & lower sections of the door panels finished in yellow leather with black stitching, a black carbon center console, while the dashboard, steering wheel and gearshift are all encased in black leather with yellow stitching. A standard Grand Sport carries a price tag of 1.4 million Euros; this particular model will cost interested parties 1.58 million Euros. According to Bugatti, the Grand Sport is limited to 150 units and 105 remain unspoken for.

As for the Veyron Coupe, Bugatti also confirmed that production has now ended with the final order having been placed last June. It is unknown whether this or the other two Middle East Editions have yet to find a buyer.
