To non-car lovers, London is a historic, multi-faceted city, and the biggest financial hub in the world. Tourists flock to the city each year, wanting to soak in the sites and the culture. But some visitors end up becoming attractions themselves, courtesy of their incredible supercar collections; allow us to explain.

Every year as the summer approaches, a bevy of wealthy sheiks from the Middle East descend on the city with their hypercars, creating show-stopping traffic jams worth millions of dollars. This year is no different, with Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani (known as K.H.K) sending his Lamborghini Sian, Ferrari Monza SP2, and Bugatti Divo over to the British capital.

Despite the obscurity of nightfall, the exotic trio is a crowd magnet. The Divo is stunning and, even at night, is a particularly striking car. This example sports a rather demure gray shade but is uplifted by the French tricolor.

Though Monza SP2 is also painted in an equally subtle shade of gray, there's nothing subtle about their exhaust notes. Delivered in an upmarket residential area of the city, we can't imagine the well-to-do inhabitants were particularly pleased about the racket being made outside their doorsteps. But what a racket it is.

The 8.0-liter, quad-turbocharged W16 emits a hearty bellow as it slowly edges off the delivery trailer, matched by the V12 bark afforded by the SP2's naturally-aspirated 6.5-liter mill. When it comes to outright presence, though, the sheik's Lamborghini Sian wipes the floor with both.

It may not be to everyone's taste, but there's no denying the purple paintwork and gold wheels suit the evocative Lambo's styling. Even under the darkened sky, the paint is resplendent. London is no stranger to high-end cars, as seen by the street-parked Rolls-Royce Wraith and Bentley Bentayga. This collection, however, will undoubtedly cause a stir when driven about.

While we can't speak for K.H.K, Middle Eastern billionaires and their loud supercars have been the topic of many negative discussions. There's absolutely nothing wrong with bringing your exotic machinery with you to take in the sights and scenes, but when you indulge in anti-social behavior, it becomes a problem. To prevent this, the City of London has previously enforced a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO).

This allows for a fine to be issued to anyone participating in unnecessary engine revving, dangerous driving or even pressing the horn too frequently. An admirable law it may be, but the $1,500 equivalent fine is pocket change to a wealthy sheik. Judging by how swiftly and quietly K.H.K's team moved his cars into safe spaces, we're guessing he's not the sort to cause unwanted attention - he doesn't even post his assortment of vehicles on social media.
