German tuning out A-workx recently completed a project based on the 1 Series M Coupe, serving up a number of technical upgrades for the baby M. First to get the chop was the exhaust, which was replaced by an Akrapovic Evolution Titan exhaust system complete with remote control valve and carbon-fiber end pipes. By remapping the engine and adding a new downpipe, bigger intercooler and air filter, power has been boosted to 450 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque.

That's an impressive bump from the stock 335 hp and 369 lb-ft. To improve handling, a KW three-way clubsport suspension and modified braking system were fitted, including sport brake pads, stainless-steel brake lines and racing brake fluid. Completing the makeover of the Alpine White 1M Coupe is a set of 19-inch BBS RI-D ultra-light forged alloys, a carbon roof and short-shift gear lever.
