BMW 3 Series by Leib: Meek to Menacing

Tuning / 13 Comments

Power, chassis and styling upgrades transform the meek 325i into an aggressive proposition.

The German tuner has been quick to follow up its GT500 upgrade for the BMW M3 with an aftermarket package for the BMW 325i dubbed the GT300. Output has been boosted from 218 to 310 hp by modifying the suction manifold of the six-cylinder engine, remapping the ECU and adding a new Supersprint exhaust system whose sound can go from mild to wild at the touch of a M-multifunction steering wheel button.

Chassis upgrades include BMW performance brakes, a KW height-adjustable suspension, and a set of 19-inch BBS CH-R alloys wrapped in Pirelli P Zero rubber. Subtle styling upgrades include a carbon-fiber spoiler blade by Kerscher Tuning and a matt black BMW performance rear diffuser, while the only interior change is a set of black-anodized shift paddles for models fitted with the six-speed automatic box.
