A slew of new options for the 2014 BMW 2 Series Coupe will soon be available as the M Performance parts catalogue has been extended to accommodate the premium compact two-door. First up, the 220d Coupe receives a power upgrade, boosting output of the 2.0-liter twin-turbo diesel by 16 hp and 29 lb-ft to 200 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque. As for the lively M235i, this is now offered with a limited-slip differential and a silencer system that reduces exhaust gas pressure while making a more powerful sound.

Other interesting items to consider include carbon and chrome tailpipe trim, a 20 mm lowered suspension, two 19-inch alloy designs, and a brake system with a choice of red, yellow and orange calipers. An aero kit is also available, made up of a front apron, a rear diffuser, side sill attachments and a range of front and rear air ducting elements. Aesthetic embellishments on offer include a black look kidney grille, carbon exterior caps, accent stripes and "M Performance" inscribed side sill foils. Alcantara and carbon trim, and steel pedals are the highlights of interior add-ons.
