Awesome way of saying “here’s 15 more horsepower.”
The BMW M5 certainly doesn’t lack inpower, its 4.4-liter turbocharged V8 delivering a standard 560 horsepower and 500 lb-ft oftorque. But like all M models, BMW wants to give buyers thechance to milk the car for more before heading to aftermarkettuners. With the 2014 Competition Package, the M5 will offer 575 hp, in additionto an upgraded suspension, anti-roll bars, custom settings for the active reardifferential and re-calibrated chassis control.
It will also gain unique 20-inch alloy wheels and blackchrome exhaust tips. Check out BMW’s hooning ad for the new CompetitionPackage.
