Previewed last month, BMW has now revealed additional pictures and information regarding its one-off i8 Concours d'Elegance Edition. Heading to auction this weekend at the Gooding & Company sale, the bespoke model comes with a BMW Individual Frozen Gray Metallic body paint and the carmaker's new laser headlights (which are currently pending US government approval).

Inside, Dalbergia Brown leather, tanned using dye derived from plant extracts, adorns the cabin with BMW i Blue contrast stitching and special trim form the Pure Impulse Tera World package. Embossed headrests, laser etched badging, and a plaque on the rear parcel shelf containing signatures of BMW execs that played a significant role in the i8's development, round off the exclusive touches. The lucky buyer will also receive a BMW i8 Display key, the BMW Charging Station professional edition, and a set of Louis Vuitton luggage designed exclusively for the hybrid sports car.
