While cruising on his BMW F800R, a friend of our spy photographer happen to capture a totally undisguised 2015 BMW M3 via his helmet-mounted camera out on a closed-road photo shoot. The bright-blue production ready M3 was the focus of a launch video or upcoming commercial, and while the pictures aren't the clearest, we can see plenty of the Concept M4 Coupe in its design, as well as an aggressive front end, big wheels, quad-tip exhaust, and wide, vented front fenders.

Lighter and more economical than the current M3, the new model will be powered by a 430-hp twin-turbo inline-six, mated to a six-speed manual or 7-speed DCT. The next-gen F80 BMW M3 will debut at the Detroit Auto Show in January.
