When the new BMW M6 was unleashed last year, the main talking point was its new 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that replaced the 5.0-liter V10. What it lacked in displacement and valves, it made up for with 560 hp and 500 lb-ft of torque. That's exactly the same number of horses as the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder, with both cars also sharing almost identical 0-62 mph times. The Italian supercar, however, is twice the price of the M-powered 6er.

The most important comparison, however, is which car is better in a drag race. Check out the video to find out who takes home the spoils.
