German tuning firm Brabus has released the first official photos and details of their aftermarket program for the 2012 Mercedes-Benz SL roadster. So far, all Brabus has revealed are new wheels and some styling changes, while the tweaks in power are yet to be made public. The Brabus Mercedes SL features a widebody kit for an aggressive stance, while the roadster has been lowered for an even sportier feel. It rides on Monoblock R wheels measuring between 18-22 inches and finished in Smoked Liquid Titanium.

A new sports exhaust system has also been affixed along with unique badging. Trademark for Brabus tuning packages is a huge power boost for the 5.5-liter V8 engine. Rated at stock at 382hp and 391 lb-ft of torque, we can expect it to pack much more when the Brabus Mercedes SL makes its probable debut at the Paris Motor Show.
