Breaking: Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Revealed

We've been waiting months...days...hours and finally, we are rewarded. Here are the first batch of official pictures of the all-new Lamborghini Aventador. Late last week there was a scanned copy of the Aventador from a Croatian car magazine, but over the weekend a whole slew of photos hit the web. There are strong design cues from the Sesto Elemento concept featured at last year's Paris Motor Show along with edgy touches from the Reventon.

Along with the studio shots, there's also some newly leaked live photos of it on display at Geneva ahead of the show's opening. Featuring a new lightweight carbon-fiber monocoque chassis, power is provided by an also new 6.5-liter V12 that produces 700 hp and 479.4 lb-ft of torque. Official numbers haven't been released, but it's been predicted it'll go from 0 to 62 mph in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 217 mph. Stay tuned for more details and pictures from Geneva in the coming days. Photos courtesy of Autogespot.
