Breaking: Subaru XV Crossover Teaser

Subaru releases a teaser shot of the upcoming XV crossover just ahead of its Frankfurt premiere.

The makers of Subaru, Fuji Heavy Industries, have announced today that it will debut the all-new Subaru XV at the Frankfurt Auto Show next month. The Subaru XV is the production version of the design concept, the conveniently titled "Subaru XV Concept," displayed at last April's Shanghai Motor Show. The concept was widely well received and will now be known as the Impreza Outback in the Northern American market. It remains unclear if the Euro-XV will form the basis of the Outback wagon or another version of the popular Impreza.

For now, Subaru has only released this very simple black and white teaser shot. We'll know all of the final details next month from Frankfurt.
