Britain's Perfect Car Looks Hideous

Fail

It's worse than any Car Mod Atrocity.

What’s your perfect car? That’s the question asked by the University of Sterling on behalf of British car insurance firm Privilege. A survey was sent to select British citizens recently asking them to create a vision of the "nation’s perfect car." And, go figure, the responses were a combination of just about everything. Some respondents opted for a Lamborghini, others preferred something more conventional like a Citroen C4 Picasso. Every participant was shown images of cars in four main categories:

Sport, Everyday, Retro, and Larger. Once the individual chose their two preferred categories, they were asked what they liked most about their choices, such as wheels, rear lights, mirrors, etc. All told, some 3,800 results were gathered from the public and a single computer-generated dream car image was created. It’s described as a "concoction of eight different cars: the Aston Martin DB9, Audi A1, Citroen C4 Picasso, Lamborghini Gallardo, Mini Cooper, Ranger Rover Evoque, Rolls-Royce Phantom, and the Triumph Spitfire." The result looks like absolute shit. And we thought "The Homer" was pretty awful.
