Between the Jaguars, the Astons, the Bentleys and the McLarens, Brits have plenty of high-performance machinery both old and new to drool over. Still, there are many who are more obsessed with Italian cars, and we can hardly blame them. Those are the people who gather every year at the Brooklands Museum for Auto Italia, the 28th annual gathering of Italian cars in England. This year's event brought out a truly staggering array of Ferraris, Lamborghinis and much more from model years past and present.

Fortunately our friend and avid reader Steve Ward of LS3 Photography was on hand to capture the best of it. Among the dazzling Modenese, Bolognese and Turinese motors on display in the pages ahead, you'll see everything from the Ferrari 275 GTB/4 and F40, through the Lamborghini Aventador and Gallardo to the Alfa Romeo SZ and 8C. There's even a Concorde supersonic jet on premises, so check 'em out!
