In what was likely to happen sooner or later with at least one of the Toyota/Scion/Subaru sportscar triplets, Subaru has recently made a deal for its BRZ to appear in the upcoming sixth installment of the Fast and Furious series of octane-drenched action flicks. According to Motor Trend, the Japanese automaker has given the production crew "as many as five BRZ's" to be used for filming of the movie. Expect to see the car appear onscreen with a new body kit, bigger wheels and a lowered suspension.

More importantly, however, is whether it'll receive a power upgrade via a turbocharger. Motor Trend further claims that there's some Hollywood buzz going around that the film's headline stars, Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson may even get behind the wheel of popular Subie. There's also word that a one-off carbon-fiber Pagani Zonda will make an appearance to some extent as well. As in the previous films, the cars are the real stars and we're looking forward to seeing both the Zonda and the BRZ in some wild chase scenes. Just don't destroy the Zonda. Please.
