Bugatti Veyron Tumbles 40 Feet After Driver Loses Control

Fail / 83 Comments

1,000 horsepower of downwards spiral for this Austrian Bugatti.

For this Bugatti Veyron owner in Austria, 1,000 horses under the supercar's hood have proven to be a little bit too much to handle. Losing control of the car on a local highway outside of Graz, the man crashed through a guardrail and fell approximately 40 feet before coming to rest under a highway overpass. The damaged supercar luckily did not overturn, and the driver escaped unharmed before alerting the manufacturer-provided emergency rescue service.

It is still unclear whether the car will become a complete write-off or can be rescued at high cost, but it took the crew over an hour and half to recover the car and get it towed away.
