Buick Talks About Design Of Flagship Avenir, The Half-Australian Concept That Might See Production

2015 Detroit Auto Show / 17 Comments

An unsung hero of the Detroit Auto Show.

With so many seriously high performance machines debuting recently at the Detroit Auto Show, it's unfortunate but not surprising that Buick's Avenir concept hasn't gotten a huge amount of attention. The flagship concept has a body designed by GM's Australian division, Holden, while the interior was designed here in the US. It seems to have worked out considerably better than GM's previous attempts at an Aussie-American car, as this time it's more than weird badge engineering.

Buick would like you to know a bit more about the car, which has a very real possibility of being produced, and so here's the video.
