Buy A New Home In Canada And Get A Free Porsche 911 GT3

One Canadian realtor is giving home buyers a very tempting offer.

If you happen to be in the market for a new home and a Porsche, this deal from Erin Price Emery may be something you don't want to miss. The Canada-based realtor offers a condo unit that comes with a Porsche, though the deets are quite puzzling.

According to Emery's post, every condo purchase at CURV will get you a Porsche. The exact model isn't mentioned but the website shows the Porsche 911, Cayenne, and Taycan. The realtor did get specific when it came to purchasing a penthouse at CURV, with the successful buyer bringing home a Porsche 911 GT3. Keep in mind that this is offered from March 3 to 10 only.

The Porsche 911 GT3 is a track-ready, naturally-aspirated trim capable of revving up to 9,000 rpm, which could be something residents will hear from time to time. The future owner can opt for Manthey Racing kits made for this specific trim to enhance the performance and looks.

The CURV is a 60-story condo with 358 homes. Expected to be completed in winter 2029, the starting price for a unit is around 1,000,000 CAD (or about $741,372 at current exchange rates).

There are "relatively" more affordable condos participating in this Porsche deal. The Mansfield is a 19-story condo with a starting price of 400,000 CAD ($296,549). Meanwhile, a condo unit at the 21-story One Square Phillips starts at 300,000 CAD ($222,412). Both condos are expected to be constructed in fall 2026.

However, prospective buyers must purchase one unit valued at $1 million or two condos at Mansfield or One Square Phillips to receive a Porsche.

Emery is inviting interested individuals for a special event at the Porsche Center Vancouver at 688 Terminal Ave in Vancouver on March 3. The condo deal gives a chance to own a timeless German sports car and other luxury goodies like a trip to Germany, a Rolex watch, and designer handbags.

Again, the details are unclear, so the realtor said to give her a call or text for more info. But at least the Porsches are not on lease and will be owned by the lucky owner.
