The all-new second generation Acura NSX is finally here. Actually, it's been on sale for a few months now, and Acura is trying its best to further increase sales, despite a slow start. Acura proudly calls the NSX the only supercar designed, developed and manufactured in America, and now it's inviting future owners to the Marysville, Ohio, production plant and other locations. Turns out central Ohio can be kind of interesting.

Called the NSX Insider Experience, owners are given a "curated, one-on-one tour of key Acura facilities across Ohio, including the Performance Manufacturing Center (PMC), where the NSX is built." The PMC is where master technicians work their magic, and starting this spring new owners can meet them in-person. There'll even be a concierge who'll handle all planning and traveling details during the one- or two-day event. "NSX Insider Experience takes our clients behind-the-scenes to see the precision craftsmanship that goes into each NSX," said Jon Ikeda, vice president and general manager of Acura.

"This is a memorable and deeply personal journey that we hope will convey the sense of pride and passion we have for the NSX." But get this: this program isn't included in the cost of the NSX itself. Six different packages will be offered, starting at a price of $2,700. But what we think many owners will really dig is that they'll have the chance to place the Acura badge on their NSX as it rolls through the production line.
