This is one of the more odd police chase videos you'll ever watch. It was filmed on an officer's body cam, which explains the crappy video quality. Anyway, the chase happened in West Valley City, Utah, and what makes it so odd is that a civilian in a white Toyota Tacoma decided to try and help the police out. That help came in the form of an attempted PIT Manuver. Rachelle Fernandez was at the wheel of the Tacoma and her attempt to help backfired as officers say it only hindered them.

Fernandez was arrested along with the car thief, which just goes to show you that police chases should be left to cops and criminals. Check out the video here to see her vigilante fail.
