Cadillac CTS-V Remains on Top

Industry News

The 2010 model of the Cadillac CTS-V was well received when it was unveiled by Cadillac, but it also had a big threat, the 2010 Benz E63 AMG. Even though the Benz is cutting edge and new, the CTS-V still has it beat. Like its competitor, the CTS-V sports a 6.2-liter V-8 engine, making 556-hp. That's a 38-horsepower advantage over what the E63 has! The CTS-V has been acclaimed for its light feeling whereas the E63 has more of a staccato up-and-down motion.

In the end, the CTS-V and the Benz E63 come out neck to neck. The price difference also makes a huge different (E63 tops CTS-V by $25K), making the CTS-V the performance value king.
