Can an Old Lexus Actually Be Cool?

The first step: tune the hell out of it.

When you first picture a Lexus LS 460, you're probably not going to be thinking of a high-performance sedan. Certainly it doesn’t even come close as, say, a BMW 7 Series. But what if one was handed over to the ideal tuning firm that has the ability and know how to give it a whole new meaning on life? That’s where the folks of TMG come into the picture. If you didn’t already know, TMG stands for Toyota Motorsport GmbH, the official tuning shop for the Japanese automaker that’s located in Germany.

The guys over at XCAR had the privilege of getting behind the wheel of the newly re-named TMG TS-650 for some track day fun. Trust us, this isn’t your typical Lexus.
