With only 1,000 units existing globally, getting the chance to own a BMW M4 CSL won't be easy. That's presumably why Russian tuner Ramon Performance has created the "Ultra M4" - the so-called BMW M4 R750 with an Akrapovic exhaust, which aims to better what the lightweight model can offer.

The exterior and interior bits of this BMW M4 mimic what you'll see in the M4 CSL (except for the rear seats), including the grille and the yellow DRLs. Look closer and you'll see tons of carbon fiber trim dotted around, including the engine bay that's riddled with the lightweight material.

Speaking of the engine, Ramon Performance modified the 3.0-liter inline-six to produce 760 horsepower and a colossal 697 lb-ft of torque. Those figures exceed what the BMW M4 CSL can produce. With that much power, the BMW M4 R750 can sprint from 0-60 mph in a blistering 2.4 seconds.

But Ramon Performance doesn't stop there; this beast can continue its blistering assault, conquering 124 mph after another 5.0 seconds. Top speed is rated at 211 mph - blink, and you just might miss it.

Just like the stock BMW M4, the Ramon-tuned version is equipped with an 8-speed M Steptronic transmission with manual mode via paddles on the steering wheel. We've earlier discussed the benefits of Steptronic transmission and how it can handle this much power without further modification.

And then, of course, the Akrapovic exhaust, which is known to bring out a raucous note from almost any powerplant out there. You can hear the raspy sound of the straight-six combined with the Slovenian marque's sensational product in the middle of the video.

While weight wasn't mentioned, we suspect the M4 R750 can compete with the original as evidenced by the abundance of the composite material used.

BMWs have always been a favorite by tuners to modify and squeeze every bit of power. Even Bimmers as exotic as the new M4 CSL can do more, but props to the Russian tuner for doing an outstanding job with this build.
