The gold-coated CS50 Versailles was the undisputed star attraction at Carlsson's Geneva show stand, but that wasn't all the German tuner had on display. The Mercedes A-Class came with a new body kit, a lowered suspension, fresh wheel design, a performance package and bespoke interior, Carlsson sharpened up the image of the CLA with a comprehensive makeover for the four-door coupe, while the one-off SLK 340 on show was developed for international hill climb events.

Thanks to the liberal application of carbon fiber, the roadster weighs just 780 kg and comes packing a 610-hp 3.4-liter V8. Rounding off the Carlsson exhibit was an exclusive tuning program for the Mercedes GLK compact SUV, and the CML Royale Revox co-developed with audio manufacturer Revox who created a bespoke audio system for the aerodynamically-styled ML.
