Carlsson is widely-known for their work on Mercedes models, having previously tuned the entire S-Class and many other versions of the venerable German brand. They have just released their aftermarket program for the one-off Mercedes CLS-Class and it is comprehensive to say the least. The program was meant to increase aerodynamics and performance on the new models and they have succeeded greatly to say the least.

They have even added the engine from the Mercedes-Benz CK63 RS from the 2011 Frankfurt International Auto Show that can put out 649hp and 663 lb-ft of torque. The aero kit features a new carbon fiber front spoiler and lip spoiler along with a rear spoiler with an integrated carbon fiber Carlsson RS rear diffuser. Black steel grille inserts on the front-end and side skirts were also added. It sits on a set of 20-inch Carlsson Design alloy wheels. With the new engine and aerodynamic body kit, Carlsson says that the CLS-Class can now jump from 0-62mph in 4.1 seconds.

This is up from the standard model's time of 4.3 seconds. With an upgraded Alcantara and Napa Exclusive leather interior, the one-off Carlsson Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class combines both intriguing looks and performance along with luxury for a sweet new ride.
