  • Bentley offers virtual tours for new apartment building
  • Units start at $4.2 million
  • Building opens in 2026

Bentley makes some of the most luxurious cars on the road, so imagine what the UK automaker could do with a living space. Around a year ago, Bentley announced a new development project in Miami, FL with Dezer Development as a partner. The company will create a luxury apartment building called Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, which will open in 2026.

Though the building won't be livable for four more years, Bentley is now offering a virtual reality tour to preview one of the full-size 6,000 square-foot model units, fully furnished by Bentley Home. As you can imagine, the condominium unit is simply incredible.

Each resident will have space for up to four cars in their apartment with charging spots. So if you have a Bentley Flying Spur Hybrid or a reservation for Bentley's upcoming 1,400 horsepower electric car, you won't need to go far for a quick charge. Of course, if you happen to have more than four cars (and at this price, you probably do), additional parking is available in a garage below the building.

Access to the unit is provided by a special 'Dezervator' lift, which is named after the development company. This hydraulic system pinches a car by its tires, then uses a robotic shuttle system to transport it from ground level all the way up to your garage floor inside the 749-foot tower.

The lower floors of the elevator are enclosed by glass, meaning you can get a full panoramic view of common areas while riding inside up to your floor. Each resident gets RFID stickers for their vehicles that automatically take them to the correct floor without even needing to press a button or need an attendant.

Realistic 3D tours are now available using the Unreal Engine, versatile video game software that is also used for Aston Martin's online configurator and the GMC Hummer's infotainment system. Bentley shared a few photos from the tour, and we are at a loss for words on how to accurately describe the apartment. If this were in an episode of MTV Cribs, it would easily be among the top viewed.

The unit features hand-crafted, Italian furniture, a personal balcony swimming pool, bay/ocean views, and the piece-de-resistance is a glass garage that displays your cars all around the unit. Unfortunately, the virtual tour is probably the closest we will ever get to the Bentley Residences because the condos start at $4.2 million. Sales are officially open, meaning if you are one of Miami's wealthy elite, you can begin picking which of the 61 floors you'd like to live on. As for the rest of us, there's always the lottery.
