The 2010 Chevrolet Aveo5 is a 4-door, 5-passenger wagon that is available in three trims, ranging from the base LS to the LT2. Upon introduction, both trims are armored with an accepted 1.6-liter, I4, 108 horsepower engine that achieves 27 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway. A 5-speed drill sending with utilize is standard, and a 4-speed semi-automatic transmission which is optional. However, the 2010 Aveo5 is largely a carryover from 2009.

The Aveo5 receives a slight tweak when it comes to the exterior, with a new color available. However, there's no getting away from this car being a strictly city car. It comes with MacPherson struts, a torsion-beam rear, and a short 97.7-inch wheelbase. Small 14-inch wheels are fitted as standard, while 15-inch units and anti-lock brakes are optional. The Aveo5 is nifty around town, but once you reach cruising speeds over 70 mph, the car reveals its urban heritage.
