Normally, a 2020 Chevrolet Camaro starts at $25,000. This is no ordinary Camaro, however, which is why someone may end up paying a seven-figure sum to be its proud new owner. What you're looking at here is a one-off 2020 COPO Chevrolet Camaro John Force Edition designed by 16-time National Hot Rod Association winner John Force.

Distinguishing the one-off Camaro drag racer is a black-and-silver paint scheme, with John Force's signature and a ghosted American flag adorning the hood. John Force's autograph has also been applied to the rear of the car and the interior. A similar paint scheme is available with the production 2020 COPO, but the John Force edition is a one-of-a-kind that will not be replicated.

Elsewhere, a unique "2020COPO-FORCE" identification plate further highlights its exclusivity. If the car looks familiar, that's because the 2020 COPO Chevrolet Camaro John Force Edition was one of the main attractions at last year's SEMA show.

Only 552 COPO Camaros have been produced since 2012 and just 69 are made per year, but the one-off John Force Edition isn't counted as part of the official production run, making it truly one-of-a-kind. Under the hood of this one-off 2020 COPO Camaro is a supercharged LSX-based 350ci engine featuring a 2.65-liter Magnuson supercharger and all-new LSX-SC cylinder heads.

This setup produces 580 horsepower at 8,000 rpm, enabling a top speed of over 160 mph. A Racer's Package is also included, which adds a carbon-fiber air inlet, dual batteries, weight box, parachute and a quick-change coupling for the supercharged engine. The winning bidder will also receive a custom helmet and fire suit provided by John Force.

The 2020 COPO Chevrolet Camaro John Force Edition will be going under the hammer at the upcoming Barrett Jackson Scotsdale auction this weekend and is expected to fetch around $1 million. All proceeds will go to the DonorsChoose charity.
