Chevrolet Silverado HD Receives Heavy Discount

Pricing / Comments

For a limited time, you can save up to $4,500 on the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado HD.

Chevrolet recently lifted the covers off the all-new 2020 Silverado HD at the Chicago Auto Show. The new truck boasts a maximum towing capacity of 35,500 pounds and up to 910 lb-ft of torque in the range-topping model that comes powered by a Duramax 6.6-liter turbo diesel V8 with 445 hp and paired to a new Allison 10-speed automatic transmission. The all-new model also comes with advanced new tech, such as an in-vehicle trailering system with up to 15 camera views.

As demand for the outgoing model is likely to decrease after the new model's introduction, now is the perfect time to buy a 2018 or 2019 Chevrolet Silverado HD before they get discontinued this summer. GM Authority discovered that Chevrolet is currently offering massive nationwide discounts for the 2019 Silverado HD throughout February that could save you up to $4,500 on selected models.

For example, when purchasing the 2019 Silverado HD with GM Financial, the automaker is offering a $4,500 total cash allowance or $2,000 total customer cash towards 2500HD and 3500 HD models. Likewise, GM is also offering $2,500 total cash allowance or 0 percent APR for 72 months + $1,000 customer cash when financing with GM Financial for 2018 2500HD and 3500HD models. Some of these incentives are only for current owners/leases of GM vehicles, however.

With the $4,500 discount, the starting price of the 2019 Silverado 2500HD LT comes down to just $38,495, which is more affordable than a base Work Truck model of the same model year, while the $2,500 discount brings the starting price of the 2018 Silverado 2500HD WT pickup to just $33,395. To qualify for the discounts, customers must take delivery by February 28, 2019. They also can't be used with other offers, so it's best to check with your local dealer.
