Set to debut this weekend at the Chicago Auto Show, the 2016 Chevrolet Equinox has received a mid-cycle refresh that includes a new front fascia with a distinctive dual-port grille. Other upgrades consist of new projector-beam headlights, LED DRLs on the both the LT and LTZ trim levels, and freshly styled 17- and 18-inch alloys. At the back, we find a new bumper, restyled taillights, sporty twin-exhaust setup for models packing the V6 engine, and a new tailgate.

Inside, the cabin receives premium seat upholstery, more chrome trim, redesigned center stack, while a Color Touch infotainment system with seven-inch display comes standard with entry-level models. Engines carry over untouched with the 2.4-liter four-pot churning out 182 hp and the 3.6-liter V6 delivering 301 hp.
