Last year Chris Harris was part of a three-man team that entered the Spa Six Hours, one of the world's most prestigious historic races, in a 1963 Ford Falcon. Having failed to finish in 2011, the trio returned this year in the same car. It might not look like a typical race car, but there's 400 horsepower on tap and the retro cool Ford Falcon - similar to the ones Jay Leno and Eric Bana have lusted after on film - has been stripped down to a lightweight 1,250 kg, giving it a fighting chance to compete at the Spa Francorchamps circuit.

Battling it out with over 100 cars including Lola T70s, Can-Am McLarens, E-Types, GT40s, a 917 and Ferrari 512S, Harris and Co. make a valiant attempt at finishing the six-hour race, coaxing the old girl around the celebrated circuit well into the night. Check out the video to see how they fared.
