Chris Harris Takes On The Menacing Aston Martin Vantage GT12

Limited Edition

This isn’t your typical Aston.

For the last few years, Aston Martin has been struggling a bit financially. Since then, the automaker has been trying to revamp its lineup to bring in new customers and more sales. That effort included the production of the totally bonkers Vantage GT12. Previously called the GT3, this track focused street car was revealed as a limited edition, with only 100 models produced. All are sold out and cost nearly $400,000. Our favorite reviewer, Chris Harris, got behind the wheel of one for a full review and is quite happy with it.

Although the GT12 is track focused, it is a street car and more importantly “a driver’s car through and through.” Check out this video to hear Harris examine this beast, and to hear the ear-pleasing exhaust note from the monstrous V12.
