The Chrysler 300 represents a throwback to powerful rear-drive sedans. Available in various trims, the 300 comes with standard 2.7 liter 178 horsepower V6. Other engine options include a 3.5 liter 350 horsepower V6, a 5.7 liter 360 hp Hemi V8, and a 6.1 liter 425 hp for the very powerful SRT8 model. Although it has a very attractive roofline, it hinders rear visibility and headroom. Considered to be a luxury family vehicle, the 300 has a few drawbacks, mainly in its interior quality.

Chrysler has a reputation for using cheap and hard plastics throughout the interior and the 300 is no exception. A redesign is in the works and promises to fix many of the current car's shortcomings. For those who love speed, the SRT8 is a fairly decent bargain with its 425 horsepower V8.
