Since its introduction in 1990, the Town and Country is the upscale version of the Dodge Caravan. Currently in its fifth generation, it comes with a standard 3.3 liter V6 with 175 horsepower, and two optional engines: a 3.8 liter V6 with 197 horsepower and a 4.0 liter V6 with 251 horsepower. There are also two transmission choices: four and six-speed automatics. Safety features include standard curtain air bags and electronic stability control.

An interesting feature innovated by Chrysler are the "swivel n'go" seats, which the two second row captain style seats swivel to face the third row seats. Stow n'go seating, also available, is another interesting concept where the second and third row seats fold away completely compartments under the floor. Base price is around $25,000 and expect to pay closer to $35,000 for a fully-loaded Limited model.
