The Chrysler brand is gearing up for the 2020 model year, which it'll tackle once again with what essentially amounts to a two-model lineup (now nearly three years since the mid-size 200 sedan was put to pasture). But it is offering a new appearance package on both of those models that could tempt a few more buyers into showrooms.

For 2020, both the 300 sedan and Pacifica minivan will be available with a new Red S Appearance Package, which upgrades on the existing S Appearance Package we already know with additional aesthetic enhancements inside and out.

The new package on the 300S sedan features unique 20-inch alloys, blacked out to match the subtle exterior badges, and red inserts on the brand's wing badge. Inside customers can opt for Radar Red leather, either complimenting or contrasting with one of six exterior paint colors: namely, Canyon Sunset, Velvet Red, Granite Crystal, Silver Mist, Gloss Black and Bright White. That first one is a new addition to the 2020 catalog, and is available across the range alongside Amethyst and Frostbite (also new for this year). Otherwise the 300 continues essentially unchanged, having been introduced in 2011 and facelifted in 2015.

Minivan buyers can also specify the Red S Appearance Package on the Limited trim level of either the conventional Pacifica or the Pacifica Hybrid. As on the sedan, it brings special blacked-out 20-inch wheels (18" on the hybrid) and black badges with red inserts. It also features black exterior trim and a Rodeo Red Nappa leather interior with grey stitching and piping, brushed metal trim, and a long list of bundled equipment – including the Advanced SafetyTec Group, 20-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, KeySense access, Uconnect Theatre infotainment system, trailer package (on gasoline models), and tri-pane panoramic sunroof (on hybrids).
