Citroen is hard at work putting the C4 Picasso through some hot weather testing. The four-door hatchback snapped here by our spy photographers has been completely covered in dizzying camouflage and represents the shorter, 5-seat version of the French model. The C4 Picasso will utilize the standard C4's lineup of engines which include both gasoline and diesel plants. The lineup has been enhanced by the Hybrid4 system currently found in the DS5 and the Peugeot 3008.

The Citroen C4 Picasso is rumored to be making its debut as early as the Paris Motor Show in September, however it is expected to arrive in dealerships in 2013. A larger, 7-seat version of the C4, dubbed the Grand Picasso, could arrive on the market later and feature sliding doors.
