After debuting the concept in Shanghai, Citroen is expected to roll out a new DS crossover for the local Chinese market.
Citroen’s premium DS line of cars is set to expand with a new crossover, and this lone teaser image coupled with a 20-second video short preview a close-to-production Wild Rubis concept that will bow to the public for the first time at the Shanghai Auto Show. The concept crossover’s overall design remains well hidden for now, but its front end is anticipated to borrow design cues from the Numero 9 concept unveiled at last year’s Beijing Motor Show complete with large DS emblem on the grille.
Set to adopt the DSX moniker, Citroen will send out its crossover to do battle with the likes of the Audi Q3 and BMW X1. More information will be revealed in the coming days before the car debuts at the motor show on April 20.
