Mercedes tuning maestro Brabus has introduced a new styling and performance package for the CLS Shooting Brake. As with all Brabus body kits, style is married to aerodynamic efficiency, with wind tunnel-developed parts made from flexible Pur-R-Rim plastics and carbon fiber. Components include front fascia attachments with integrated LED daytime running lights, sport fenders and side skirts with integrated entrance lights.

Brabus offers six styles of alloys up to 20 inches in size, including the Monoblock R design boasting two sets of five double spokes painted in Liquid Titanium, diamond-polished and sealed with smoked lacquer. New suspension options, created with Bilstein, have been specifically calibrated and can lower the car by around 35 mm. Each engine in the lineup benefits from a boost in power, from the CLS 250 CDI to the top of the line CLS 63 AMG, which has been tuned to deliver up to 610 horsepower and 737 pound-feet of torque translating to a 200 mph top speed and a 0-62 mph sprint time of 4.2 seconds.

Brabus also offers a sport exhaust system with butterfly valve for the CLS 63, which looks the part thanks to ceramic-coated dual tailpipes and sounds the part courtesy of a 'Sport' mode. For other standard CLS models, a stainless-steel quad sports exhaust optimizes power yield and produces a sportier note. Mastik leather and Alcantara upholsters the cabin that also features scuff plates with backlit Brabus logo, a 250-mph speedometer, and aluminum pedals, door-lock pins and shift paddles. Carbon-fiber and wood inlays for the dash and console are available in any desired color, and completing the package is a custom-tailored multimedia unit.
