Mini will debut a new special edition of its under appreciated Clubman model at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
Due to arrive at this year's Geneva Motor Show, the Mini Clubman Bond Street special edition gets its name from one of the most exclusive shopping streets in London in the heart of the West End. And yes, it's painted black. Midnight Black metallic, to be precise. Aside from the exterior color, this Clubman comes with a champagne color contrast roof, exterior mirror caps and lower sections of the C-pillars, while it rides on a set of 17-inch alloy wheels with champagne rims.
Bespoke interior upgrades include carbon black leather seating with champagne color stitching, a leather-covered instrument panel in carbon black, unique floor mats and several other stylistic touches. "Bond Street" logos also feature on the door sills. Other bits include climate control, an onboard computer and a rain sensor with automatic headlamp activation. Power will come from either a 121 hp 1.6-liter inline-four or a turbocharged version of the same engine that produces an additional 60 hp. Official pricing hasn't been released, but expect to see the Clubman Bond Street edition arrive in US showrooms sometime later this year.
