Ford has built the new Focus RS for markets across the globe – including the US for the first time – and will no doubt go down as one of the cars of 2015. The Blue Oval has yet to reveal full details of the hot-hatch, with the full skinny expected at next month's Geneva Motor Show, but from the information made available it's clear Ford has a very special car on its hands. Evo's Henry Catchpole was recently treated to an intimate viewing of the car, and had a chat with its exterior design supervisor, Ernest Rupar.
As well as providing some insight into its styling influences, there's also a chance to hear the 2.3-liter turbo-four with "at least" 320 hp growl after starting up. Hot hatch nerds are in for a treat.
