In addition to next Cruze and an "important" small-vehicle model.
With the 2014 New York Auto Show just a couple of weeksaway, Chevrolet has just confirmed that it will be launching three new modelsat its Big Apple booth. Besides the already anticipated debut of the 2015 Cruze, seenhere in recent spy pics, Chevy will also be unveiling a new small car, onewhich is said to be "an important addition to our small-vehicle lineup." Thiscould end up being the new 2015 Spark, or perhaps another spinoff model of thenext Cruze.
While this may be interesting for GM sales figures, what we’remore intrigued by is the launch of a new Corvette variant, which has just been confirmedfor the show. Chevrolet has been intentionally obscure about this upcomingCorvette unveiling, which could be the track-oriented Z06X model, or may end upbeing just a limited-edition upgrade package for existing models like theStingray. It could also prove to be a one-off edition like the Black Widow wesaw at Chicago. Stay tuned for more details.
