The latest teaser pics say "yes."
General Motors has been drip feeding teaser images of the upcoming 2016 Chevrolet Camaro for a while now. And the General has now officially released a couple of brand new pics of the car's silhouette and front grill. Based upon the pics and the specs that have been released, it looks like the new Camaro could potentially be the best one yet. This latest model is the 6th generation of one of America’s most popular cars and boasts a 6.2-liter V8 engine. There are also rumors of a four-cylinder turbocharged version in the works.
The teaser pics released by GM seem to show a sleeker more aerodynamic design that also manages to maintain the classic Camaro style. The new shape of the 2016 Camaro comes after 350 hours of wind tunnel testing. So it’s really no surprise that the new design appears to look more refined that than ever before. The official release date of the brand new Camaro is this coming Saturday, May 16, at a live event in Detroit.
