Crazy Japanese Builder Drops TRD Nascar Engine Into Lexus LFA Supercar Because Drifting

Sideways loving supercar will enter this year's D1GP.

This Lexus LFA is believed to be the most expensive exotic to ever be transformed into a professional drifter. Created by Yoichi Imamura for the upcoming D1 Grand Prix season, the LFA has been gutted, with its gorgeous, wailing V10 replaced with a TRD Nascar motor and mated to a dog box. On the outside, the supercar was upgraded with a widebody kit and oversized rear wing. Considering the expense and effort that must have gone into the build, let's hope the LFA drifter loves going sideways.
