The one-of-one vehicle was commissioned by the company's Private Office Dubai.
The Rolls-Royce Bespoke department has revealed its latest custom creation, based on the latest Ghost Extended.
Commissioned by the Private Office Dubai, an outpost that serves as an extension of the Goodwood headquarters, this one-of-one Ghost is inspired by the Middle Eastern sunrise and the "mystery of the Arabian sands."
Painted in an elegant shade called Sunrise Sparkle, the exterior of the Ghost benefits from a hand-painted coachline that flows across the sides of the vehicle. The Moccasin hue is subtle and is one of many gorgeous details on the car. At night, the illuminated Pantheon grille resembles the vibrant city of Dubai, with its multiple skyscrapers and modern buildings.
Sunrise Sparkle can also be found on the center caps of the 21-inch Twin Spoke wheels. Chrome Plated visible exhausts have also been specified.
Inside, the sumptuous cabin has been trimmed in Grace White and Moccasin upholstery, with the former being the dominant hue. It works beautifully with contrasting carpets and leather trim pieces. Mocassin has also been applied to the seat piping and embroidered Rolls-Royce logos on the headrests.
The Dubai Private Office has opted for the desirable Starlight Headliner, which uses tiny fiber optic lights to recreate a starry night, providing a magical ambiance for occupants. The treadplates reflect how special the Ghost is. "Handbuilt in Goodwood, England for Dubai Private Office," they read.
"Ghost presents a world of boundless potential, and this Bespoke Ghost Extended is another example of what we are capable of creating. Ghost, like every Rolls-Royce, presents a perfect blank canvas where we can inspire greatness with ambitious creativity and endless elegant possibilities," said Chris Hardy, Bespoke Client Experience Manager at Private Office Dubai. "Whether it's a Ghost, Ghost Extended, or even Black Badge Ghost, there are no limits to what Ghost can become - all one has to do is imagine," he concluded.
The long-wheelbase Ghost is powered by a supremely refined 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12, producing 563 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. Progress is smooth, unfettered, and incredibly calm thanks to 220 pounds of acoustic damping materials. You won't find a more relaxing car, save for the larger Phantom.
In the last few months, Rolls-Royce has built two custom Ghosts. One, painted in Champagne Rose (named for the owner), resides in the USA. The other example, the Manchester Ghost, is a wheeled tribute to the city it was named after. Interestingly, Manchester is where Charles Rolls and Henry Royce met 119 years ago to discuss building the finest car in the world.
