Police in America are getting heat by being caught on camera committing the same no-nos that they arrest citizens for, but the USA is no exception. Police in other countries have bad apples too and this video of a police stop in Argentina proves it. The lapse of judgment happens at a traffic stop when an officer goes to remove a traffic cone. A motorcycle passes the scene and the cop can be seen throwing the cone and intentionally striking the rider. The motorcycle rider looses control of the bike upon being hit and slides into a car.

The accident looks painful, but the cyclist soon gets up, presumably to chew out the dick cop.
